Sweet and sour tempeh recipe

 TEMPEH VEG STIR-FRY


             THE INGREDIENTS

Tempeh - fermented tofu and great veg protein
I get mine at Planet Organic

Whatever veg is in your fridge
I used green cabbage, broccoli, green beans here

Medium/Thai noodles
I like these

Pumpkin seeds
For variety and extra nutrition

Sweet chilli sauce
Not healthy, but it does bring everything together 



Chop up the tempeh and veg while you have oil heating in a wok or frying pan. Add them with a handful or more of pumpkin seeds to the pan and let cook for a couple of minutes before adding a packet of noodles minimum. Add the sauce to taste, then keep stirring until you see/sense it's ready. SO tasty!
