I've been teaching meditation for over ten years, and been honoured to work with public and private groups in the UK, Europe and America. I've also taught royalty, celebrities and children.
My experiential teachings are rooted in thousands of hours of personal practice, years training with a Spiritual Teacher, and the resulting very positive life changes. Originally a national press journalist, I also understand the challenges of office dynamics, work stress and how to find presence under pressure.

Wish to learn to meditate but unsure where to start?
Meditation found me when I was 30, and with remarkable efficiency began to unlock my potential and free my happiness.
Having rested in inner peace for thousands of hours, lived and taught in a meditation centre, been trained by a Spiritual Teacher, and completed a three-year mindfulness-based mind-body therapy certification, I today offer private mindfulness sessions to those called to make positive life changes, perhaps even as a matter of urgency.
