I've been teaching mindfulness for over ten years, and been honoured to work with public and private groups in the UK, Europe and America. With Cher Chevalier, I'm co-writer the meditations that launched Calm, iTunes App of the Year 2017.
My experiential teachings are rooted in thousands of hours of personal practice and the resulting very positive life changes. Originally a national press journalist, I also understand the challenges of office dynamics, work stress and how to find presence under pressure.

Meditation found me when I was 30, and with remarkable efficiency began to unlock my potential and free my happiness.
Having rested in inner peace for thousands of hours, lived and taught in a meditation centre, and completed a three-year cutting edge mindfulness-based mind-body therapy, I today offer private mindfulness sessions to those called to make positive life changes, perhaps even as a matter of urgency.
