Tempeh - fermented tofu and great veg protein
I get mine at Planet Organic Whatever veg is in your fridge I used green cabbage, broccoli, green beans here Medium/Thai noodles I like these Pumpkin seeds For variety and extra nutrition Sweet chilli sauce Not healthy, but it does bring everything together |
Chop up the tempeh and veg while you have oil heating in a wok or frying pan. Add them with a handful or more of pumpkin seeds to the pan and let cook for a couple of minutes before adding a packet of noodles minimum. Add the sauce to taste, then keep stirring until you see/sense it's ready. SO tasty! |
