PAPRIKA ROASTED BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER
1/2 fresh lemon
Salt and pepper
1. Heat the oven to medium high.
2. Break or chop up the veg and place on a baking try.
3. Glug olive oil over everything, then sprinkle paprika all over, followed by a heart squish of half a lemon, and finally generous amounts of salt and pepper.
4. Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the veg looks nicely browned and is soft. The result tastes surprisingly good. I tend to eat a full tray to myself in one go! Also nice cold the day after.
