HERE'S WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO*

There will be time for asking questions and sharing our experiences in between the meditations. All practices are seated; chairs are available if you don't wish to be on the floor. Please kindly bring your own cushion(s).

From 10.45am:
Arrivals
       11am - 12.30pm: Coming home to the body
  • Welcome
  • Mindfulness - A simple celebration of the senses to ease us into peaceful presence
  • Active meditation - A grounding, harmonising humming meditation featuring set hand movements 

    12.30pm - 1pm: Lunch - Please bring something veggie/vegan to share. Lots of eateries in Liverpool St station

    1pm to 3pm: Opening the heart
  • Gratitude meditations - Healing meditations to bring us closer to our loved ones
  • Sharing/Active Listening - Exploring our experiences respectfully with another
  • Silent meditation - Resting in superconscious stillness

          3pm: Ends.

         3.30pm: Private session with Maggie available
         4.30pm: Private session with Maggie available
         5.30pm: Private session with Maggie available.
