There will be time for asking questions and sharing our experiences in between the meditations. All practices are seated; chairs are available if you don't wish to be on the floor. Please kindly bring your own cushion(s).

- Active meditation - A grounding, harmonising humming meditation featuring set hand movements
12.30pm - 1pm: Lunch - Please bring something veggie/vegan to share. Lots of eateries in Liverpool St station
1pm to 3pm: Opening the heart - Gratitude meditations - Healing meditations to bring us closer to our loved ones
- Sharing/Active Listening - Exploring our experiences respectfully with another
- Silent meditation - Resting in superconscious stillness
