My part in proceedings? To treat the journalists to a private 20-minute ‘mind-cleansing’ session.
First I walked them through my favourite grounding exercise. Then, once in their body (that’s to say, less in their head) and calm, they learnt a powerful positive visualistion technique for transmuting negative thoughts and feelings.
Over two days, I gave sessions to journalists from: Red, Marie Claire, Grazia, More!, Heat, Company, Woman, Reveal, Essentials, Closer, and S Magazine (Express).
